Purpose

This document outlines the procedure for granting ClickMint secure access to your organization's Google Analytics 4 (GA4) property.

Access Requirements

To proceed you must:

• Have administrative access to your GA4 property
• Be authorized to manage user permissions
• Grant access to the following service account:

analytics-service-account@mindful-agency-443921-d5.iam.gserviceaccount.com

Security and Data Privacy

• ClickMint does not store or process PII from analytics data.
• Data remains under your ownership and control.
• Practices align with CCPA and GDPR requirements.

Step‑by‑Step Instructions

1. Sign in to Google Analytics - https://analytics.google.com
2. Select the Correct Account and Property and confirm the correct GA account and property.
3. Navigate to Admin and open Admin in the GA interface.
4. Open Access Management
   1. Grant access at both: - Account level - Property level
5. Add ClickMint as User
   1. Click + → Add Users
   2. Enter the service account email
   3. Assign role Viewer (Administrator access is not required)
6. Confirm Access and click Add to finalize.

Additional Considerations

• Repeat for multiple GA properties if needed.
• Access may be revoked anytime.
